Cats at play ... daily!

What did he find?

The other night, Ruse was suddenly very interested in the fireplace and whatever was up the chimney. I wonder what he thought was up there, anyway!

Somewhat ruffled!

As Ruse and Audace were napping together the other evening, I noticed a bit of non-smoothed-down fur in the middle of Ruse's back. Apparently he was just too sleepy to care!

All wound up!

Audace is normally very zippy and "full of it" in the mornings - sometimes in the evenings, too - but a couple of days ago, even he outdid himself. He wanted to PLAY, and he didn't care if anyone else played with him! And he's at it again this morning, too!


He really made a mess -- every single toy and feather was dumped out of the baskets (cats' toy boxes, you know), and the kitty gym was knocked askew and at one point was blocking access to the hallway! What a guy!!

More cuddlin' to keep warm

Amazingly, all three were cuddled up on this nice fuzzy pink blanket -- then Ruse left for some reason. But I got some good pictures of Grace and Audace keeping each other warm!


And here's Ruse, recovering from all that coziness ... or maybe he just didn't want to share his mommy with his brother!

New stuff

Grace and Ruse are checking out the empty boxes that some of their canned food came in plus some of those marvelous Nip Raviolis that Robyn makes. (Find the little badgey/linkey on the right.) They love them -- flipping them, carrying them, hogging them!


Audace is showing us his mancat size on a snoozing mat his Auntie Midge made last winter. This is becoming his favorite place for an afternoon nap -- and they are L-O-N-G afternoon naps!!
