Measuring the boys

I've been trying to put a 12" ruler next to Ruse and Audace (separately) to show how big they've grown. Audace, especially, is turning out to be a BIG cat. Someday he may be as big a boy as his idol, Cabernet! Ruse is slightly smaller and lighter than Audace, but not by much.



Well, they're not at all co-operative. They can be sound asleep nearby, but when I very quietly lay the ruler by one cat's back, he suddenly comes awake and starts to play with it! The bite marks on both ends are quite apparent. I'll keep trying, though. And they'll keep playing!!
