Ruse has been showing curiosity about the inside of the car (and one day, the inside of the trunk!), so this morning I opened the door to see how far inside he and Audace would wander. They were in there a good half hour. Made me laugh!!

Ruse, sitting pretty ... and very proud of himself!
More inspecting ...
Audace, checking out the side of the front passenger seat ... silly!
Audace, after inspecting the footwells of the back seats. There must be some REALLY good stuff back there, as it took him a while!
I can see, though, that I'll have to be really careful about driving into the garage. Since they now show no fear of the car, I'm afraid for them. I guess I'll have to park outside, then feed them, then pull into the garage while they're busy eating!!

Aiiieeee! You're braver than we are! We don't have access to any vehicle, the only time we go anywhere is via taxi to the vet. We're not sure we'd want to check out a car, any car--even when not shoved in a PTU!
When I was growing up 30+ years ago we had an indoor/outdoor kitty and he loved climbing in to the car and sleeping on the back seat on days when it was hot and we had left the windows down..
Ohhhh...how cool...but I don't go in our garage. Too much stuff for me to be hurt by. Bummer!
We kitties have no garage access - which is just as well, since there are sometimes bad spiders in there, plus cars are those nasty things that take kitties to the vet and I am not so fond of them either!
Just remember:
1) Buckle up
2) No texting-opposable thumbs or not
3) No drinking milk and driving
4) Definitely NO NIP and driving.....
Safety first!
I like to check out the garage, but I do not check out the car. If I did, it might catnap me and take me to the evil vet. You are very brave going in there.
We don't get into the garage very often but the couple of times we did, we climbed all over the dad's classic car and left pawprints everywhere. He wasn't too happy about that.
